We recommend using our solution on semi- open circuits supplied by strictly, softened tap water.

In these conditions, it represents the ideal choice thanks to the combination o antiscaling, anticorrosion and dispersant effects which gives it its active principles.

At small doses, it can strongly disrupt, even stop the germination of fur crystals thus preventing the appearance of inlaid deposit on the installation surfaces.

It also has organic anticorrosion agents which make it possible to fight effectively against problems linked to electrochemical phenomena and chemical corrosion from bacteria origin.

Indeed, the inhibitors used in the formulation protect the surfaces by adsorbing a mono – molecular film which makes it possible to avoid all contact between water and the metal surfaces of the installation, and without disrupting thermal exchanges.

Furthermore the bacteriostatic properties of the product inhibit the development of micro- organismes in the installation without adding biocide.

Finally, it contains a very effective biodispersant against biofilms, which considerably reduces the quantities of biocide injected into the system and thus preserves the natural environment.

All its active ingredients contribute to maintaining the surface clean,

Solution ready to use without prior dilution, injected proportionally to the make-up (subservient to an impulse meter).

Improves heat exchange by preventing the formation of tartar.

Complies with effluent standards in the correct dose.

Does not increase water salinity : Water saving at the blowdown.

It will be done through a dosing station proportionate to the make-up water which makes it possible to considerably reduce the time devoted to the implementation of the water treatment of the semi-open cooling circuits.

The dose rate will be adjusted by our technical service according to :

– the admissible concentration rate N in the Tower system,
– the installation in operation,
– the manufacturer’s instructions,

– the quality of the make-up water (RYZNAR index, saturation rate, etc.).

In order to ensure proper operation of a “cooling tower” installation, regular analysis of the physicochemical parameters ( pH, TH, TA, TAC, CI and Cond.) should be carried out on the feed water and the network water.

However, a regular reading of the make-up water meters and follow-up of the network’s water conductivity will enable the technician to easily track proper running of the installation. Contact us.
