We recommend using our mixture on semi- open circuits supplied by corrosive raw water.

In these conditions, it represents the ideal choice thanks to the combination o antiscaling, anticorrosion and dispersant effects which gives it its active principles.

Solution based on plant actives, both anti-scale and dispersing, because :

1- Increases the solubility limit of salts and that of fur.

2- Changes the nature of the crystalline system as soon as the germination of the first crystals begins preventing their proliferation and scaling is therefore avoided.

3- Prevents the deposition of suspended matter.

It doesn’t form deposit in the event of overdosing.

Solution ready to use without prior dilution, injected proportionally to the make-up (subservient to an impulse meter).

Improves heat exchange by preventing the formation of tartar.

Complies with effluent standards in the correct dose.

Does not increase water salinity : Water saving at the blowdown.

It will be done through a dosing station proportionate to the make-up water which makes it possible to considerably reduce the time devoted to the implementation of the water treatment of the semi-open cooling circuits.

The dose rate will be adjusted by our technical service according to :

– the admissible concentration rate N in the Tower system,
– the installation in operation,
– the manufacturer’s instructions,

– the quality of the make-up water (RYZNAR index, saturation rate, etc.).

In order to ensure proper operation of a “cooling tower” installation, regular analysis of the physicochemical parameters ( pH, TH, TA, TAC, CI and Cond.) should be carried out on the feed water and the network water.

However, a regular reading of the make-up water meters and follow-up of the network’s water conductivity will enable the technician to easily track proper running of the installation. Contact us.
