To inhibit corrosion in closed circuits, our mixture is composed of exclusively organic active agents, which is beneficial for the environment.

Its active ingredients adsorbs on all metallic surfaces into a mono-molecular layer thus preventing their corrosion and direct contact with the water .

Considering the tiny thickness of this protective film there is no decrease in the power of calorific exchange of the installations.

Thanks to its amino agents of strong polarities, it moreover assures a better cleanliness of the treated installations.

It’s a solution that although, strongly concentrated still has a weak viscosity and whose pure implementation is therefore not problematic.

It’s perfectly adapted to installations having aluminium parts or its alloys.

Solution ready to use without prior dilution, injected proportionally to the make-up (subservient to an impulse meter).

Organic solution which does not increase the salinity of feed water.

Rejection to the sewer acceptable at recommended quantity.

It will be done through a dosing station proportionate to the make-up water which makes it possible to considerably reduce the time devoted to the implementation of the water treatment of the closed systems.

The dose rate will be adjusted by our technical service according to :

– the operating mode of the circuit, – the manufacturer’s instructions,
– the quality of the make-up water.

The injection point should be placed in a point of the system where there is water circulation (tank, … ).

Adjustments will be done by a control of pH, which in these conditions should be superior to 8,0 and NEVER above 8,5 (ideal value).

In order to assure a correct implementation, an analyses kit provided by us can be used. Consult us. Water testing required to the good performance of an installation and to the control is summarized hereafter :

– pH : Between 8,0 and 8,5.
– Active ingredient content : Between 10 and 40 mg/L, with our method.

In order to better control the dosage as well as the phenomena of scaling, it is necessary to take a regular reading of the meter placed on the make-up.

It is recommended to take customary precautions while handling chemicals (gloves, glasses …).
Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

The products must be kept away from frost.
